1. Access to the Service
Access to the xbokin platform is reserved exclusively for organizations with an active subscription.
Each organization receives a secure, isolated workspace under its direct responsibility. Team members may access the booking platform only after their account has been validated by the organization's administrator.
2. Subscription & Payment
xbokin subscriptions are paid in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) by card through YouCan Pay or by bank transfer, or online through Paddle in euros (€) or US dollars ($). Prices in € and $ exclude tax: the applicable VAT or sales tax is added based on the customer's country.
Online payments through Paddle are carried out by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders: it collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles customer service and refund requests related to the order, under its buyer terms.
A subscription paid through Paddle renews automatically at the end of each period (month, year or multi-year commitment) until it is cancelled. From the Subscription page of their workspace ("Manage on Paddle"), the customer updates their card, views invoices and cancels; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
The setup fee is billed once, on first activation, and is non-refundable.

xbokin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel access in the following cases:
Non-payment of subscription fees or repeated billing failures.
Fraudulent or abusive use of the service (server overload, exploiting security vulnerabilities).
Violation of data privacy terms or unauthorized access attempts.
